Eating does not necessarily lead to accumulation of fat
Consuming food never means that you are going to gain weight, unless, you are binging on junk foods. Choose a diet plan for yourself, which cuts down on your calories and not on nutrition.
If your diet plan involves skipping meals then you should not stay hungry. In turn, you must replace your meals with nutritious foods. Nutritious foods have energy and less fat. You can have fruits as they will give your body instant energy and stamina.
Quit eating junk food
Whenever we follow a diet, we eat less of fat foods but never eat less of junk food. You may skip your oatmeal breakfast but on your way to office happily munch on junk foods. This will certainly not help in your goal towards a lean body. Do it the other way round; boycott junk food but never miss the breakfast.
Some of the widely available junk foods that you should avoid are French fries, burgers, hot dogs and so on. Undoubtedly, these foods have energy, which you can feel right away once you have had them but along with energy, junk foods have fat. This is bad fat because it is so rigid that the body finds it next to impossible to break it and make energy.
When the body fails to break fat, it starts to store it in the form of fat.
Your mission: break the fat and convert it into muscles
Steps to weight loss start with identifying the foods, which can help you in burning calories. Protein is a good option in this regard because protein breaks fat and converts into muscles. It is the only nutrition that our body needs as long as we are alive.
Protein rich foods include nuts, eggs, milk, carrots, bananas, spinach, tofu, and so on. Protein is not an easy-to-digest nutrition. In order to digest protein, the body needs energy and thus, it burns the fat that is freely available in your body to digest.
Thermogenic foods: Have these a little bit every day
Apart from protein, you should include foods like peppers, garlic, chillies, spices, etc. These foods have a thermal effect. Use them in little quantity as they have a strong taste and odor.
The body needs energy to digest thermogenic foods and hence, it will break down the fat.
Weight loss is a steady process. The above mentioned foods do not promise instant results. However, rest assured that your journey towards the perfect body would be healthy and nutritious.
