- Imagine this energy of heaven and earth making the plants and animals grow, the grains blowing gently in the wind, the vegetables, beans, and other seeds pushing up from below ground, the seaweed swaying peacefully in the oceans, the salt and other minerals collecting in the sea, absorbing and gathering this vital energy.
- Imagine eating a delicious, balanced meal made from these foods and that strong nourishing energy flowing through your body, from the digestive system, to the circulatory system, to the nervous system, to all organs, functions, tissues, and cells.
- Imagine this energy creating fresh, new blood and lymph and gently melting away hardness, stagnation, and blockages that may have developed in the past.
- Imagine your tumor tumor or growth gradually shrinking and dissolving as this peaceful, harmonious energy is received.
- Imagine yourself restored to health, surrounded by the love of family and friends.
- Imagine yourself now completely well, guiding and helping other people with serious illness rediscover the laws of nature and the healing power of their own minds and bodies.
- Imagine yourself five, ten, fifteen, twenty years or more from now, experiencing ever greater realms of self-realization. Hold this image for a few minutes, let it subside naturally, and resume normal consciousness.
