Who ever thought that anyone could die because of excessive sweating? Are you thinking and feeling disturbed? Do you also experience excessive sweating and do not know what to do and how to avoid it? Have you also heard about sweating sickness?
Well, there are people who are also having same trouble as this. Sweating sickness is a condition wherein a person will experience excessive sweating more than the usual. This is also known as the English Sweating Sickness. Why English? Because it was a highly virulent disease that affected so much of England. It shook England and was considered to be the most dangerous disease during the Tudor Period.
Symptoms of the sweating sickness are; shivering because of feeling so cold, pain in the shoulders, head, neck and the whole body, also feeling so stressed and tired. After sweating a lot, people who have sweating sickness will have headache, will feel very thirsty, very fast pulse and chest pain due to heartache. On the final part of this sickness, a person infected with this will feel so tired and will tend to sleep. Most people who were affected before have died.
Perspiration is also the other term for sweating. Perspiration is the involuntary action of our body causing it to secrete water and other wastes in our body which we now call sweat. The armpit is the most common area in our body that sweats a lot which also causes us to become uncomfortable and irritable. This perspiration will also sometimes smell bad and oily. We sweat because of the activities we do. Some people sweat much while other people sweat less. There are times that we sweat because we are nervous of something. When we are nervous, our heart pumps blood more than the normal rate. Thus making us sweat more even though we are just sitting or standing.
People who are burning fat also sweat a lot. This is the process that we want to achieve when we want a fat burning exercise to work.
Experts have now found ways on how to sweat lesser. Other medical experts recommend medications. Others also recommend medical procedures done by dermatologists.
But I have to tell you that sweating is not bad. Sweating is also good because this is one way on how to extract bad chemicals that is unwanted in our body. The chemicals when not brought out will become a poison in our body. It is also the outlet of heat in our body. If you do not sweat then there is something wrong in your body.
Remember that not all are harmful to your body. Sometimes, these are good. Sweating sickness is bad but sweating is a process that our body needs to maintain and balance the harmony in the body.
