To Cleanse or Not To Cleanse - Are You in a Dilemma?

Toxins are all around us. They are very harmful things that affect humans health and well-being. With this, it is advisable that a person should stay away from toxins as much as possible. To make this possible, he has to make sure that the surroundings he is in is clean, the food he eat is considered in balance and that he thinks healthy.

But no matter how a person follows these routines, there still are the instances wherein a person becomes ill. As one may have observed, often times, the rich becomes the victims of cancer and some terminal illnesses. This is not because the rich are dirty, in fact they are very clean in appearance but because they forget to check the health of their insides.

Inside the humans body, there are parasites. What do parasites do? They weaken the immune system of the body and make it susceptible to diseases and some other infections. To do away with these parasites, one has to observe the following:

1. Proper hygiene

2. balance

3. regular bowel movement

4. exercise

5. detoxify

6. cleanse

These things appear as simple as they seem. Actually, these things are really simple and no-dollar-spent. If one only has the knowledge of these things, surely one can prevent himself from parasites and other parasitic infections.

Now, the question is this. What if the person is already infected by parasites? How will one do a zero-dollar spent treatment? Simply do the cleansing. There are a lot of house treatments for these infections and is part of the cleansing. Here are some ways:

Use water - what else is more powerful than water which can help balance the thickness of our blood? Water is the oldest-known cleanser and it has not been superseded by any other stuffs. With water, one can drink them. As much as possible, a person is required to drink eight to ten glasses of water a day. This will help in the digestion process and help one have the regular bowel movement. One also can use water for taking a bath. Hot baths for instance can be used as effective way to cure yeast infection.

Sweat a lot- Exercise is a good example of cleansing. The sweat brings out the toxins that are stored in the body. If the anus is the way for the solid waste, the skin pores and the urethra are the ways for the liquid waste to pass. Cleansing is indeed very necessary for health.
